Basically, I just wanted to let you know that I talked to Kurty on skype last night, and she's now officially in on the plan she doesn't know she's been a part of, where she teaches us about how to make espresso drinks SLASH maybe works for us for a while. And she's down.
And as one more side-note (because I know you are both looking for even more ways to spend time researching on the internet), spend some time youtubing "latte art" - coolest thing ever. We just have to figure out how to make a fig leaf.
Seriously, don't promise these things. As if we don't love your rapid fire posts or as if something is wrong with them.

Making latte art is one of my dreams. I am excited and I'm glad I didn't have to be the one to bring it up.
On an unrelated note, I spent a fair amount of time with Catherine Dick today (a 3rd year AWESOME Davis student) and in high school she worked at a bakery for 4 years. She knows a lot about pastries, and cookies, and pies, and cheesecakes, and just food in general. We should remember this.
